Our neighbor continues to call the cops over but every time they come over we can prove she lied by our security cameras that they advised us to get, they do nothing to her. How can we stop this! We also have a common area but she always blocks us so we can not get out of our garage. We had a lawyer in becker county and we went to court but the judge did nothing because we found out after the fact they were neighbors growing up.

It isn't clear what your neighbor is calling the cops for or how a camera proves otherwise but you have limited recourse. Your best bet would be to file for a restraining order if she is contacting you directly. If she is just bothering the cops, eventually they will get tired of her shenanigans.

You don't have to respond to anyone knocking on your door.
It is your home.
Unless the police come knocking with warrant in hand, ignore all of them.
There is no way you can control or curb the actions of others.
I recommend not even trying, keep to yourself and ignore the rabble.
Fact is, when you ignore them, it makes them madder, and you can smile wryly.
The very last thing a smart person wants to do is go to court or keep getting involved with the police.
