Good morning

Was sold a vehicle from a buy here pay here with no title. According to Virginia Dmv the vehicle is not registered to me and the registration I was provided is invalid. Purpose of vehicle was for personal use and uber. Spoke to dealership that stated j am unable to uber therefore making me unable to work. Uber was used as means of proof of income.

Need help. Paid out over $2,000 so far.

File a case in small claims court in the ounty where the dealer is located:

It's a waste of time, and will cost you more money to file the case.

How long has it been? In TX we provide a customer with a 60 day temporary license plate. Used cars can sometimes take that long to register, although the norm is usually 15 - 30 days.
