need help serving papers

How can I legally serve papers on my wife if there is a no contact order in effect? Neither of us has an attorney and I do not want to violate the no contact order in any way. Please help. I am in Pierce Co. WA

Anyone not involved in the legal issues itsel fmay serve. However they must fill out paperwork to court proving they did indeed serve the person. Service would mean actually placing the document in the hands of said person. followed by the words "You have been served" They do not need to keep it in their hands. Service regulations vary so check with your local court clerk on whats is involved in a legal service.
