Need help re child guardianship please

I'm looking for any informaition regarding child guardianship. My aunt's want my mother-in-law to take guardianship of their sons so they can go to high school here in the US. They live in Tiajuana currently and have whatever they need to come over legally. We just need information regarding how to obtain guardianship. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It depends on the state where they are supposed to live. Remember that transferring guardianship to a resident of the U.S. or even a US citizen will not make foreigners admissible to the US.
