My husband abandoned me and my 3 children. He moved to a different state Texas. came back for four days then packed and moved to Michigan.He wanted me to move out there with him and now the harrassment has started from him because I refused . He recently has filed for divorce in Michigan and has requested to get full custody of one of my children which is biologically is his.When he was living in Arkansas with me sheriffs department came out to where i resided for the safety of the child that he let leave the house at twelve midnight by herself and she is two yrs old she was found on the corner getting ready to enter traffic . His abandoment of us occurred after this incident happen at the house. He also faxed a paper stating that all parental and financial responsibilities for said child, should be given to me. i have the faxed that was sent from his joband also the police report when child was in his care when the incident occurred with her being out. I need to know howto proctect my child until divorce is heard in court where there I know I can show the judge all the paper work and be able to tell my concerns for my child. Please help me appreciate it thanks.
