I Have Been Going Through This For Over A Month Or Two Now And I Dont Know What To Do Besides Get On My Knees Which I Know It Will Work Its Self Out But Need Professonial Help To Go About Doing Things Right. First Off Me And My Girlfriend Right Or My Sons Mothers Have Been Dating And Living Together For Five Years. Just Recently Move Out Of A Place That Was Costing Us Both Nearly $1,000 Dollars A Month On Rent We Move Out Of There Due To The Lack Of Maintence That Was Not Being Done Around The Place But Look Good From The Outside Looking In. We Moved Somewhere Where We Can Afford It And Save Alot More Money She Signed The Least With Me On March 6, 2008 But Pick Up With My Son For A Week And Did Not Say Anything. A Week Later Brung Him Back And Left Him Ever Since Now I Am Struggling Paying The Rent And The Bills Not To Mention His Daycare She Calls When She Wants To And Comes To See Him When She Wants To The Crazy Thing Is She Is Taking Me To Court To Get Partial Custody And Vistation Rights. My Main Concern Is That When She Moved She Is Not Going To Tell She Move Only Thing I Know Is That Its With Here Girlfriend Out In Chester. I Want To Know How Can I Get Full Custody Even Though I Take Care Him And Get Out Of The Situation I'm In Without Hurting My Credit Cause She Really Dont Care About Hers. Is There Anyway I Can Get Child Support Or Get My Part Of The Rent Or Bill Money Back.

Your post is really hard to read. Try using proper capitalization and punctuation next time.

If paternity has been established, then file for custody. You can file for child support at any time. If she has moved out you are still responsible for rent so see if you can find a roommate.
