Here is my situation....
I'm 30 and have a four-year-old daughter who I am the residential and custodial parent of. Her father and I were never married, although we did live together for almost two years after she was born. He does have visitation, although there has only been one overnight the entire time, and he does pay chils support. I have been with my current boyfriend for two years and we found out about two weeks ago that I'm pregnant. We do not want to get married due to financial reasons. I'm a nursing student obtaining my bachelor's degree and receive grants to help pay for my schooling. I would be unable to receive these grants if I was married, therefore we would like to wait until after I graduate to get married. I have about two years to go. I have been told by my parents that if my boyfriend was to move into my home and I was to have another child out of wedlock that my daughter's father could take custody away from me due to placing my daughter in an immoral situation. I need to know if this is true!! My daughter's father and especially his mother are very sneaky and evil people and I wouldn't put anything past them!
