my exhusband wants to give up his rights to our daughter so he doesn't have to pay child support, i'm ok with that, but how do i do it?

You can't. This is an absurd request but for some reason it gets posted all th time here. You cannot terminate parental rights just to get out of paying child support. If it were that easy, we would have deadbeats walking around all over the place.

He does not have to see the child, but he must pay support. Unless you are remarried, and your husband adopts, and the courts agree that this is in the child's best interest, it cannot be done.

I suggest you 2 learn how to get along and co-parent.
