I need advice for my friend. She got married 10years back and has a daughter aged 9 years. Her marriage was unsuccessful due to her husband's irresponsible behavior and cruel mentality. Since 2 years she is living in a separate house and taking care of her daughter all alone (including financial matters). Her husband visits them once in few days and continues to give her mental torture by using abusive language.
To get out of this atmosphere, she wants to take her daughter abroad. Her husband won't allow her to do so. We don't want to go for divorce as it may take long time. Is there any way to get her daughter's passport without husband's consent?
