Is there any time limit for the USCIS to act on N-336 application? I filed it in July, 2007 after my N-400 was denied during the interview in May, 2007. I filed it within the 30day time limit after getting the formal denial letter in the mail. I read on the internet that I can file a petition in "Federal District Court" if the USCIS does not call for interview again within 6months. Is that correct?

Processing times have changed due to last year's rush. Wait at least for a year. You are not the only one..............Call them to find out about when your petition would be addressed../// Forget about a federal case.............It might even take longer. It should be a last resort and not for such a circumstance.
