My husband and i are going through a divorce and he refuses to pay anymore child support for my children ... i have 2 at home with me and he has the oldest one with him... i make 6.00 per hour he makes 27.00 per hour. Do i have to let him see my boys if he doesn't help me with them?

Is there a court order for vists and support? Without one either party can do almost anything

there is no court order but the papers have been filed for the divorce... i am gonna let him see the kids cause he's gonna look bad in court in the end.

Parenting time and support are separate. You have no orders yet (right?) so he doesn't have to pay. Parents don't have to pay to see their kids (although some states' support depends on how much time the kids spend with a parent).

You have equal rights to the kids at this point. If you withhold them it will look bad for YOU. And bad for him if he doesn't help out financially. The court will figure out who pays and how much.

What kind of custody are you asking for? The way things are now?
