my rights regarding my child

My jurisdiction is: Switzerland

Hello,

I and German and I was married in Italy with an italian husband. We have 2 years old daughter and things are going very rough between us. Currently we are living together in Switzerland. I am thinking of taking my daughter and moving back to my home country (Germany). My questions are:

- Do I need to be legally separated first ?
- Do I run any risk if I just move with my child to Germany?
- If so can I go to my country leaving my child with the husband and file a case from there (Germany)?
- Do I my chances of getting the custody of my child become less favourable if I leave the country without taking my child with me?

I am very stressed and your help will be very appreciated.
