i live in greenwood,s.c.my sons girlfriend tells my son she is going to have the babies last name changed,can she do this legally without my sons approval?the baby is 2 months old.

Normally if paternity was established and he is recogniozed as the legal father, she cannot do it without his permission.

Does Dad have any visitation? Sounds like mom is going to be difficult so Dad should see an attorney.
