My girlfriend wants to move our daughter out of state

My girlfriend and i have a 2 year old little girl and i am the father both by DNA and birth Certificate we are not together anymore and she wants to move from arkansas to texas and take our daughter i need advice on what legal rights i have to either stop her or vistitation rights PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Is there any custody order? You need to file for custody if you want to stop the move. If there are no court orders, time to file NOW. Your state has jurisdiction until she has been in the new state for 6 months. So you need to file something now.
