My ex-wife kidnapped my chilren in the same county and no one cares

My ex-wife is and has been denying me access to my two boys for over two years now. I have been laid up with a broken back and a had a operation that went bad. She took advantage of this and would not bring my children to see me and would not let my brother pick them up for me. Now two years have gone by and I thinking about filing contempt and informant charges against her in court. I have been told it could be a mistake. I have also been told I need a lot of evidence to prove my point(recording of her denying to let me see them and I been told to go to her house and demand to have them and then have a police report written up. I did that once before I broke my back and it went all wrong and she told the police I was there threatening her, she then filed a false report and got a restraining order against me stating she was sacred of me. I'm not sure what to do. I have written m representative and congress and my local police and even the FBI everyone points me back to attorneys to take her to court. I already have a court order she is ignoring and the police will not enforce it. The attorneys I have spoken to have no guarantees she will respect a new court order and if she doesn't we will have to go back to court and back to court and back to court. Why will the police not enforce my court ordered visitation and take her to jail on contempt charges she is in contempt why should a father have to go to court. I have no money the divorce was bad enough. Why do we have to keep going to court attorney are getting rich and children are going without fathers. Why does the state not care about the fatherless children. My ex-wife has kidnapped my children in the same county and no one cares!!!!!

she has not legally kidnapped your kids. what you need to do is call around to an attorney to see if anyone can help you. Leave all the accusations and emotions out of it. If you want an attorney to help you for free or low cost, stick to the facts. Tell them that your ex wife refuses to follow a visitation order. Since you are laid up with a bad back you should be allowed to designate your brother to do pick ups. Are you behind on child support? Have you applied for disability? No attorney is going to guarantee you success but contempt needs to be filed on mom. If you cannot get an attorney to helpyou then go down to the court house and get the paperwork yourself.
