My jurisdiction is: Oklahoma

My daughter needs to file for divorce and temporary custody. She doesnt have the money for an attorney. can somebody tell me exactly what papers to get . (my daughter made the mistake of letting her soon to be ex have there son for the night) and he went and filled false reports on her the next morning saying she had been stalking them and trying to blow them up. But she has had her son the whole time he was saying she was doing this. ( she caught him in bed with a 16 yr old pregnant girl is the whole reason she left him

I don't think there are any experts specifically in Oklahoma divorce law on this forum. She can ask the court clerk. I understand that some online divorce services are cheap and good, but I personally have no experience with them. She might try googling around and see if she can find a reputable one. If the divorce is contested or contentious, the online option is probably not going to work.
