DV Lottery My child was born in U.K

my daughter was born in U.K. When i fill the DV-2016 form online and in part2 i must state where was she born i.e Manchester but the drop list for the " Country " of birth does not include U.K. This cause an alert for something is missing and the registration process to be impossible. Your suggestions to solve this problem would be appreciated.

You need to take this up with the immigration authorities in the UK.
If you're in Libya, simply visit the nearest UK Consulate, or the UK Embassy.
The UK duty officers will happily advise you.
In many cases, a telephone call probably will get you pointed in the right direction.
