this is bizarre. mother of my child and i are not married. She has baby and doesn't tell me. 3 weeks later tells me and she has put my daughter up for adoption. Will not give me any info, whether i am on the birth certificate or anything. I did get to see her and one minute she says i can have her and the other she says not. I filed for the fathers registery in the state. What now? I called the county today and they said they would call back once they find something out. I am going crazy. Once she gives her up like that dont I have rights? Help!!!

stay on top of it

Keep on top of it. You still have the right to go to court to establish paternity and raise your child. But, it you do not stay on top of it, you may lose your rights. Excellent that you got on the punitive father's registry.

I would suggest getting a local attorney and trying to get mom before the court in a paternity suit with orders to produce the baby.
