My care taker and conservator is refused to let me come back home. Is there anything I can do like take her to small claims and sue or anything else?

Maybe you should start by going to your nearest police, sheriff, or highway patrol office and asking for help/

I'm sure any law enforcement agency would be delighted to assist you.
