I signed my divorce papers but he must not have had that copy with him when he went to court because I just received the filed copy with a signature not my own. It looks very similar to his. How will this affect my case and what can I do?

He probably shouldn't have done it, but it probably won't affect your case. Technically someone else could complain and force you to file a new copy with your signature. But there's nothing in it for them to do so. They'll just look like jerks to the court for making you go through with what is essentially a charade. If you want to pre-empt any possible complaint, ask your lawyer to file a copy with your real signature on it.
