My parents have a trust where they put the three of us kids as trustees. We are also the only beneficiaries. I live quite a distance from my sisters and don't like the idea of having to have three signatures for everything that needs to be done once my dad passes away.
Is there a way I can pass my status as trustee to one sister without completely giving it up? If something happens, I would want the position back. My sister can be trusted completely and I think this would make life easier for everyone.
