why do i need to pay another charge for untax vehicle
my vehicle was clamped at 15/08/2016(my Fault), i payed all fines same day to release my car. penalty+beck dated tax+6 moth tax+ release charge.
Today i get the letter which says:
We have receive an offence report that at 12 00 on 15/08/2016 the above vehicle was seen in MY ADDRESS used/kept whilst unlicensed.even if the vehicle has been licensed since this date, the offence still stands .
This relates to a sectiction 29 offence of using/keeping a vehicle and is separate to the fees paid to the agency's wheel clamping contractors who clampe the vehicle
