My wife and I have been married for 13 years. I am 70 yrs old, she is 58. I am retired she still works. She owened a small piece of property when we married. We built a home on the property12 years ago. The land is deeded in my wifes name only. However the House is deeded to both of us. In a divorce,would the house and property be split between us, or will she get it all because the house is on her property? Or will the value of the house be split and she get the value of the property? Her income about $25K and mine about $19K yr. Any help appriciated. Thanks
