Hello.
We have an online radio station that has been running for a few years now.
We left or previous server provider and they have now brought to our attention about an email complaint from a GREECE radio station that claims copyright and trademark infringement for the same name and logo as ours.
We checked online presence of the station, the supposed signatory, the business address and the law firm - our emails bounced, there were no positive match in google, the business center address used confirmed to us no such company rents in their facilities in the UK.

Could we consider it a hoax? We want to pursue a complaint against our previous server provider as they have a rival station that also caters to the same listeners and we suspect the complaint has been fabricated.

Your kind help will be much appreciated.

I can send you the email copy as attachment should you require.

No-one here is conversant with your country's legal system. I suggest you approach an attorney/solicitor in your jurisdiction.
