i have been married for 3 years i am a 54 year old woman i signed a pre nup.can my husband throw me out of his house ihave nothing in my name ,my credid is no good and i dont have job ,or a car what are my options.

Get a job and start looking for a place of your own. He cannot likely just throw you out tomorrow but he can go through an eviction process. You have such a short marriage, you cannot depend on this man supporting you anymore.

An eviction won't be necessary (they are married - the house is their marital residence).

OP needs to file for divorce and ask for exclusive residence of the marital home, at least temporarily, until the divorce is finalized. This would allow her at least enough some time to find a job and an apartment/somewhere else to live. But other than that - yup, hub is not going to be supporting OP, period, and OP will likely not be staying in the home for long.

If the marital residence was not hers to begin with she is not likely to get "exclusive" use of it. Most Pre-nups have some money for the divorcing spouse. If you were only married 3 years your credit is not his fault, he does not owe you a place to live or a car.

I know it's difficult but you need to go get a job and start making things work out. Good luck.
