moving out at 15

Help! I 15 and I live with my mom, we are not getting along, and I am just not happy living with her, I can't live with my dad because I lived with him before and it didn't work out, I want to move out, a friends mom will adopt me if it comes to that but I just don't know what to do I love both my parents very much. But I have a very disfuncital family and I need help. I just don't want to go through six or so month of court that get a no. I found out that i am happer at my friends house. I am just scared that my dad or any other perosn in my family will try and hurt. What are my rights, how can i get through this with out causeing too much pain. I live in Georgia so if anyone can gelp me or something please let me know.
