My question is currently this month they are offering move in specials of $500 does that cover rent for rest of this month when normally that is $670??? I still have yet to receive copy of my lease and no really explained any of this to me but when I log into website it's showing I owe $635....

I suggest you discuss your concerns with the site management.
You can try to negotiate a better deal.
However, if its not in your lease, they might play hardball with you.

Give peace a chance and talk to the management and ask for fairness.

Oh, you're one of those people who sign things without keeping a copy.

    Sigh.

I, too, suggest you go to the management office and ask.

You should have insisted on a copy when you signed it. Or, photographed it with your camera phone.

That it didn't come up in conversation doesn't mean you don't owe it.

    Go back and ask.

You know what "assume" does, don't you?

There is no way for us to know if that ($500.00) covers the rent for the rest of the month. You'll have to ask/read the lease.
