My two sisters have filed a motion to have me removed as PR. I was just appointed less than 4 months ago. I haven't done anything yet since the only item to probate is my mom's house. The housing market is very slow and my sisters want their money NOW. I don't know what more I can do at this point. I hate to get an attorney just for this hearing. Can I do this myself? I had an attorney but my sisters called and emailed him to death with frivolous questions and comments and used up the retainer that I sent him. So, I fired him but after he did the court work to file with probate.
