I have a small problem. My g/f of 6 months is pregnant with my daughter. She recently split up with me cause she claimed that she didn't have her freedom to sleep around with any man she chooses. We did split up but I remained living with her as I had nowhere else to go. Last night she throws me out for supposedly cheating on her and is threatening to leave state with the unborn baby once the stimulus checks come in. Please, is there anything I can do to stop this from happening so I don't lose my baby? Also if she does leave state can she still get me for support and deny me visitations with my child?

Nothing until paternity is established your a legal stranger to child. I would urge you to file for paternity soon as child is born. Once you are established as Father (if you are) then support/vistation/custody can be ruled on

But what if she leaves state? Will I be screwed out of seeing my child? What if she puts some other person's name on the birth certificate?

Is there a way even if she moved to Virginia that I can fight her for custody. I mean she is threatening to kill both herself and the unborn child. But I don't know what I can do.

You can file for custody once paternity is established. If you have ocncerns about her mental health and that of unborn child take any documentation you "might" have to authorities

Until the child is born and paternity has been established, there is nothing you can do. You are not even sure the child is yours. See if your state has a putative fathers registry and sign up for that. When the baby is born, google on how you an establish paternity. If she leaves the state, you'll have to look up the policy in whatever state she resides.

your hands are tied

then she will be committing the crime of fraud. but like the others said, you can do nothing untill the baby is born, and you establish paternity. you have no legal right to keep her from leaving the state, and as of right now, you dont have a child.

Never mind!!! I followed someone into a very old thread. I feel silly.
