During my Divorce in 2004 I signed over in the divorce that my wife could retain the home. Im now in the process of taking my son into my full custody. My question is, the house was never refinanced and is still in my name as well. Since I have my son, can I do anything about my rights as to the equity in my home, such as make her sell it and give me my portion of the equity or let her buy me out on my fair right, If I have any rights?
