I have a CSI (customer satisfaction index) bonus program at work I'm otherwise paid on commission. While a top score of 5 gets me a $50 bonus, all scores lower than that hit me with a deduction from pay. Is this legal?
For instance, I may help a customer with an oil change and make about $2
commission. If that customer gives me a 1 I get $250 deducted from my pay that month. How can they take away more money than I even earned on that job? I work in Texas.
