Modify custody agreement

I have spent over $20,000 fighting in court to be involved in my son's life. Last year I agreed that mom could have the school district as long as I got 50/50 custody. I agreed to this because I worked near son's school and I would be able to do my assigned pick up and drop offs at his school. I was recently transfered over an hour away. I am currently commuting but thinking of moving. I told biomom that I would not be able to do my drop-off and pick-ups during school year. (Son will start kindergarten fall 2008). I asked if we could modify the placement schedule a bit, me getting a few extra days in summer for the loss of time during school year. Mom said it's not her problem, she doesn't have to worry about getting son to school, because she plans on getting a job, and that I will need to find daycare that will bus him to school just like she did. Even if I wanted to do this option it would result in me waking son up before 5am. I would have to drop him off at 5:30am to get to work on time. Daycares don't open until 6:00am, besides the fact I pay so much in cs now, I can't afford day care too. I strongly feel that it isn't in my son's best interest to have such a back and forth schedule during a school year. Is he suppose to know that wednesdays and thursdays he takes one bus, every other friday and every other monday. Advice I got from an attorney said if I can't handle the schedule I agreed to then I would be forfeiting my placement and she would get an increase in cs. What about a change in circumstance? My job transfered me, it's not like it was convienient for me. What are my options?
