Modify Child support HELP PLEASE

I have a dilemma, I have been giving my ex the child support in cash and getting a receipt with his signature on the receipt. I just found out that he hasn't been reporting the money to the attorney generals office. I know ignorance of the law isn't an excuse. I know now that any monies paid should be paid directly to the attorney generals office, I know this NOW.. I need advice on how to file a motion to modify my payments. I need to know the steps on how to address this and where I can obtain the correct forms. I'm no longer working but have been giving him what I can, but he is now saying he is going to have me arrested for not paying anything, when in fact I have.. Will my receipts with his signature be enough to keep me out of jail?

Child Support Hearing

I'm getting ready to go to court for back child support that my ex husband owes. In our divorce decree he was granted the right to claim our youngest on his taxes. (same child he owes back child support to) . I was wondering if I could ask for the rights back to claim my youngest on my taxes , since his father hasn't worked in 2 years , and is behind 17,000.00 in child support. My son has never lived with his father . I have always had full custody.
