We recently entered into a purchase agreement to sell our mobile home, and accepted a down payment. The owner of the park has refused to allow the purchaser to take occupancy of the home if the sale goes through, based on their credit score. Is it legal for the landlord to effectively make the sale of our home contingent upon the purchaser's credit score?

You're selling your mobile hime.

Do you own the land upin which the mobile home sits?

If you don't own the land, you're renting the land, right?

See where I'm headed?

The landlord is not blocking the sale. The purchaser can move the mobile home to any location that the land owner permits.

See if the landlord will permit the move-in if the buyer has a cosigner. Otherwise find a more qualified buyer.
