Mobile home park storm shelter in Iowa?

Is it state law in Iowa for a mobile home park to provide a storm shelter? We live in a rural court.

First of all, if you start PUSHING, people usually SHOVE back.
Before you DO or ATTEMPT TO DO anything, understand your rights.
You also would be wise to understand the landlord's (owner's) rights, too.
A landlord and his or her tenants are NOT on equal footing, although many laws protect your leasehold, those laws don't concern themselves with you.
Those laws are there to PROTECT and CONSERVE property rights, effectively for those who OWN property.
As in most things we see in life, benefits derive and enure to others (RENTERS and SOCIETY), but don't ever be baffled about the real beneficiary.

Again, you can Google most any phrase and receive a set of responses directing you to an massive repository of informative material.

You can also discuss this with your local, elected city, county, and township officials.

They are there to serve the public, and speaking with them costs you NOTHING.
