I have that doll and I think its funny. I have no idea how you would think this is harassment. If you plan on making a stink over something so petty, you should choose your battles more carefully.

If the doll irritates you for whatever reason, then just tell someoine you thinks its annoying. I would not be surprised if this snowballed more issues you have with your coworkers.
