Miserable Child

I live in Indiana and I have a step son who hates going to his visitation with his mother. My husband has sole physical and legal custody. My question is, when can the chlid legally choose to stop going with his mother?

When he is 18 years old. While his wishes may be considered in court, the decision rests with the judge. So, if this is something he or his father wish to pursue, they will have to take it to court. I suspect his reasons for not wanting to go will have to be compelling.

The child does not get to choose. Mom has the right to see the child.
