okay i got in trouble awhile back and vandalized a house and got on probation and did community service and that was my first offince...tht was 2010 and 2011 . now i got caught with 4 beers on me and i have court 22 of January.. whats going to happen am i going to go to jail or house arrest or a fine....? anyone help me please and thank you..

You will likely be required to pay a small fine. Essentially, for a few dollars, all of this will be washed clean.
