minnesota laws re: alcohol rehab councelors to require mmpi

Is it legal for a councelor to require you take a psych evaluation if even the people at the place where they give the test says it doesn't sound appropriate? I need to know right away about this.... Please advise[/FONT]

It's probably not unlawful. So, if you refuse, you might have to suffer the consequences of that refusal ... perhaps that will mean failing the program and violating your probation.
