Michigan nofault insurance question:



My uninsured tool truck, only used on my farm, was parked in my icy driveway last February.
As the ice melted the truck slid back into a friends car, that was parked behind it. There was
no one in either vehicle. and it happened in my private driveway.

Her insurance repaired the car and sent me the bill, am i responsible for it?

If they didn't say why they were sending ti to you, send it back and ask for a reason.

The "complaint" says I breached my aforesaid duty to properly park my vehicle upon the public highways of the state of Michigan in a careful and prudent manner
