I have situation regarding a medical issue. My mother just recently had a sinus infection that was misdiagnosed at the local hospital four times. They perscribed her with IB Profen and antibiotics in pill form. The pain was so bad that she went to a hospital outside of town and saw a doctor that told her it was a brain infection that had to be operated on immediately or she would risk death. They did the surgery, but not before she lost 80 percent of the bone in the left side of her face and her gums were disinigrated to the point of loosing her 2 front teeth. She finally found a dentist that would work on her after they graft skin from her throat to her mouth. She also has to get the bone replaced in her cheek. The whole endeavor has cost her a fortune and and unbeleivable amount of pain. I am trying to convince her to get a lawyer and fight the hospital. I was wondering if this would be a suit that could pull through.
