My jurisdiction is: Koscuisko Co, INdiana

I would like to know if mediation is required in Indiana if the parties cannot come to an agreement. What does Indiana law say on this subject?

Mediation is a joke. Your not protected. Been there, done that. Get a lawyer who will protect YOU.
