I have my first appointment with a new doctor in a couple of weeks. They sent me a couple of forms ahead of time to complete. One of those forms is an arbitration agreement where I give up all my rights to go to trial....Anyhow, is this standard procedure? I am really concerned about this and I don't feel comfortable giving up my rights. If I refuse to sign, can the doctor refuse to see me?
Please advise.
