I changed title to wifes name to avoid late registration fees. Then divorced and thougt we changed all titles. A year latter she told me licence registraion was due. I had not changed addresses of my titles, but was able to pay online. Then she asked to barrow my trailer and I loaned her my truck and she did not return trailer. Can I get it back in small claims?

Small claims can't order specific performance.

Small claims only awards paper ( a judgment) saying X owes Y $100.

Why not speak with a local lawyer, if the trailer has any real value.

Or, offer the old crone a few bucks to sell it back to you.

Otherwise, you might be smarter to buy a new one and move on.
