LO caused delays and cost me money

I have purchased a home here in SoCal. My LO had us set for a June 20th close, we gave notice to our landlord to move out on July 15th. The LO kept telling us everything was good and then he started saying there are delays and we ended up not closing until July 23rd. We ended up having to put all belongings into storage and stay in a hotel. Come to find out he did not submit any of our paperwork until July 18th. Is there grounds to get his company to pay for Hotel and storage?

Only a court can order an entity to reimburse you.
They can ignore you.
You can't force them to reimburse you.
You can sue them.
It's likely a waste of time and more money.
But, it's your right to seek justice before a court of law.
