I am in partnership of a mobile home park. My partner recently died withOUT a will. Will the partnership FREEZE all assets until probate is over or can I continue to pull money out of the partnership? How can I run the business on a day to day basis? Thanks!

WOW, I'm sorry to hear of your loss.

What you are legally able to do depends entirely upon the wording of your partnership agreement.

You really need to consult with an attorney.

Don't try to be cheap, it could cost you more in the end.

Pay a lawyer and learn your rights.
