Dear sir,or madam
I have been left a life tenancy by my deceased spouse 14 years ago.I am the first one mentioned in the will. There were two trusts set up by the excutors as orded by the court in 1991. The neices and newfews of the deceased were also left money for when i die or move out of the residence.The money left by the deceased was to pay for capitol repairs,property taxes and insurance.To date the funds have depleted to where the excutors are planning to go to court to have a ruling as to what they can do.
What wiil happen to me now that i can,t afford to take over repairs and taxes? Can a judge order me to leave the home without nothing?
