Alcohol & Drugs: DUI, DWI License suspension

Lost my license in PA for a DUI. Before I was convicted or sentenced I moved to DE and as a DE resident got a DE license. I am now working through community service in PA but want to know if my DE license is still valid for driving in DE.

You probably can "get away" with using your DE license, until your PA arrest and conviction become known to the DE authorities. More than likely, once they know it all, your DE license might be revoked or summarily suspended!!!

Be careful, very careful. You're on very thin ice!!!
