Question: If you buy something online from oversees 'wholesaler', say 30 pieces of clothing, and it is seized before it is delivered to you and claimed to be 'counterfeit', are you liable as the receiving end even if you didn't know the contents were? Or can you only get in trouble once caught selling the contents and after delivery? And thus just out the cost of what you paid for items bought online?
