Corporate Law Liability as a co-dealer in an auto dealer business

Hi,

I was offered the opportunity to become a co-dealer for a wholesale auto dealership business. The dealership is already established and functioning. The deal is, for a certain amount of money( plus a small amount for each car sold), i will become a co-dealer working under their company name and insurance . The company is registered as an LLC, i would like to know what are my liabilities in case the company goes bankrupt or have financial issues. Any other informations i should ask or look for. Any advice greatly appreciated.
